Teachers strategies towards the occurrence of aggression in kindergarten

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je orientovaná na problematiku dětské agrese v prostředí mateřské školy a strategií pedagogů využívaných v rámci výskytu projevů agrese v závislosti na délce jejich praxe. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce vychází z aktuálních poznatků v oblasti agrese a jejich příčin, forem a projevů. Dále je zde reflektován vztah mezi agresí, rodinou a výchovně vzdělávacími institucemi, také prevence a možnosti eliminace agrese. V teoretické rovině se práce zabývá rovněž strategiemi pedagogů k projevům a řešením agrese v mateřské škole. Praktická část práce prezentuje výzkumné šetření, realizované s cílem zjistit případné odlišnosti v pedagogických postupech k výskytu různých forem agresivního projevu dítěte ve vybraných mateřských školách. Dominantní výzkumnou metodou je dotazování. Na základě zjištěných dat je výstupem práce porovnání výchovných postupů v mateřských školách v závislosti na délce praxe, vyhodnocení a rovněž i formulace doporučení pro možné změny ve zkoumané oblasti.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the problem of child aggression in kindergarten environment and strategies for teachers used in the context of the occurrence of symptoms of aggression depending on the length of their practice. The work is divided into theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on current knowledge in the field of aggression and their causes, forms and manifestations. There is also reflected by the relationship between aggression, family and educational institutions, including prevention and the elimination of aggression. At the theoretical level, the work also deals with strategies teachers for symptoms and solutions aggression in kindergarten. The practical part of the thesis presents a research carried out to identify any differences in educational practices to the occurrence of various forms of aggressive expression of a child in selected kindergartens. The dominant research method is querying. Based on the data output of the work's educational practices in kindergartens, as well as evaluation and formulation of recommendations for possible changes in the studied area.
