Progressive and regressive lenses - application of a suitable type according to the individual client's parameters

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí progresivních a degresivních čoček a jejich aplikací dle individuálních parametrů klienta. V úvodních kapitolách je uvedena charakteristika refrakčních vad, presbyopie a jejích korekce. Dále je v práci uvedeno základní dělení brýlových čoček dle jejich optického účinku a počtu ohnisek. Hlavní část práce se zabývá problematikou progresivních čoček, jejich vývojem, centrací a značením. Mimo jiné je zde popsáno měření centračních a individuálních parametrů. Práce uvádí přehled inovací na trhu, jak už v oblasti progresivních tak i degresivních čoček. Závěrečná část se věnuje multifokálním kontaktním čočkám.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deal with area of progressive occupational lenses and their application according to individual parameters of the client. In the first chapters is placed characterization of refractive errors, presbyopia and their correction. Further, there is placed basic segmentation of a spectacle lenses according to their optic impact and number of focuses. The main part of a thesis deals with the issue of progressive lenses, with their development, centration and marking. Among the other things there is described measuring of centraction and individual parameters. The thesis presents overview of inovations on the market in the field of progressive and occupational lenses. Final part is focused on multifocal contact lenses.
