The objective of this master thesis is to conduct an experiment on efficiency of leniency program in the environment with varying probability of cartel detection. Experiments in this field have so far assumed constant probability of detection. Cieľom diplomovej práce je experimentálne skúmať efektívnosť programu zhovievavosti v prostredí meniacej sa pravdepodobnosti odhalenia kartelu. Doterajšie experimenty v tejto oblasti uvažovali konštantnú pravdepodobnosť odhalenia. Dynamické prostredie pravdepodobne prispieva ku kompetitívnejším cenám, nižšej frekvencii kartelového chovania a k častejšiemu využívaniu programu zhovievavosti. Efekt sa …more
