Anotace Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnout základní problematiku ocenění pozemku a metody ocenění. Největší důraz je kladen na metodu porovnávací, která patří mezi nejdůležitější a také nejvíce využívané metody při ocenění pozemku. Annotation The aim of this thesis is to summarize the issue of the land value assessment (land evaluation) and its methodology. The greatest emphasis is put on the comparative method which belongs among the most important and most frequently used methods of the land evaluation.
