Abstract:

Anotace Název diplomové práce: Organizační kultura úřadu práce po restrukturalizaci v roce 2011 Autor diplomové práce: Bc. Jitka Jurkovičová Diplomová práce se zabývá organizační kulturou vybraného kontaktního pracoviště úřadu práce. Výchozím časovým mezníkem pro tuto práci je restrukturalizace úřadů práce v roce 2011. Cílem práce je získat odpověď na otázku jakými charakteristikami se vyznačuje organizační kultura vybraného kontaktního pracoviště úřadu práce po restrukturalizace v roce 2011. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí a to na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část vymezuje organizační kulturu, její znaky, typy, zabývá se problematikou její změny, stručně nahlíží na problematiku organizační kultury z pohledu organizací veřejného sektoru a popisuje vybrané metodologické přístupy zkoumající organizační kulturu. V empirické části je stručně popsána historie úřadu práce, jsou uvedeny charakteristiky vybraného kontaktního pracoviště a dále jsou popsány výsledky provedeného výzkumu a to včetně navržených změn.

Annotation Name of the diploma thesis: The organizational culture of the Labour Office after the restructuring in 2011. Author of the diploma thesis: Bc. Jitka Jurkovičová The dissertation is about the organizational culture of the picked contact workplace of the Labour Office. The initial milestone of this work is the restructuring of the Labour Offices in 2011. The goal of this work is to find an answer to the question on what characteristics characterize the organizational culture of the picked contact workplace of the Labour Office after the restructuring in 2011. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the empirical. The theoretical part defines the organizational culture, its types, pursues the problematic of its change, briefly looks into the problematic of organizational culture from the point of view of the public organization sector and describes chosen methodological approaches analyzing the organizational culture. The empirical part briefly describes the history of the Labour Office, the characteristics of the chosen contact workplace and also the results of performed research with suggested changes.
