Abstract:
Tématem mé bakalářské práce je obecný náhled na postup bank při posuzování bonity klienta ve vztahu k možnostem aktuální nabídky úvěrových produktů, opatření pro minimalizaci ztrát plynoucích z případného zhoršení bonity klienta. Součástí práce je i popis konkrétního průběhu úvěrového procesu od žádosti o úvěr až do okamžiku podpisu úvěrové smlouvy.
Abstract:
The topic of my thesis is a general view on the banks to assess the client's financial standing in relation to the possibilities of the current supply of credit products, actions to minimize losses resulting from a deterioration in the client's creditworthiness. The work also includes a specific description of the lending process from loan application until the loan signature.
