Abstract:

Cílem práce Financování španělských regionů v letech 2006 až 2012 na pozadí evropské dluhové krize bylo odpovědět na otázku, zda v období2007 až 2012 dochází ke změně ve financování reguionů Španělska a to ve smyslu zvýhodnění či znevýhodnění něterého ze zkoumaných regionů, jejichž početbyl v práci snížen ze 17 na 10. Výzkum probíhal na základě porovnání změn v rozpočtech jednotlivých regionů mezi lety 2007 a 2012 s následnou komparací k roku 2006, tedy posledního roku konjunktury všech regionů Španělska. Praktická část práce tedy využívá metodu synchronní komparace rozpočtů daných regionů Španělska. Vedle samotné problematiky financování je také popsána krize, jež Španělsko postihla a která bezprostředně ovlivnila ekonomickou situaci jeho regionů.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis Financing Spanish regions between years 2006 and 2012 on the background of the European debt crisis was to answer the question whether there was a change in funding the regions of Spain in the period from 2007 to 2012 and if some of the regions were advantaged or disadvantaged. The total number of the regions was in my thesis reduced from 17 to 10. The research was conducted by comparison of the changes in budgets of individual regions between years 2007 and 2012 , followed by a comparison to the year 2006 which was the last year of the boom of all regions of Spain. Practical work thus uses the method of synchronous comparison of the budgets of Spanish regions . Besides the problem of financing there is also described the crisis which hit Spain and which directly affected the economic situation of its regions.
