The Relationship between the President of Czech Republic and Cabinet
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o aktuálních vztazích, které je možné spatřovat v rámci výkonné moci v České republice mezi prezidentem republiky a vládou. V teoretické části je popsáno postavení prezidenta republiky i vlády v parlamentním systému České republiky. Praktická část pojednává o sporech, které při realizaci výkonné moci vznikají mezi zmíněnými subjekty výkonné moci.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with actual relationships, which is possible to see within executive power of Czech Republic between the president and the government. In theoretical part of this thesis is described the post of president and government in parliamentary system of Czech Republic. Practical part deals with disagreements, which arise between the mentioned subjects of executive power.
