Financial planning as an effective part of financial management

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá finančním plánováním jako efektivním prvkem finančního řízení. Cílem práce je navrhnout pomocí finanční analýzy optimální finanční plán, který bude finanční management aplikovat při svých dalších rozhodnutích. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu a její ukazatele. Dále se zabývá základy finančního řízení a finančním plánováním. Analytická část práce se věnuje samotnému představení daného podniku, finanční analýze podniku a jejímu zhodnocení. V poslední, návrhové části je uvedeno, jak může management firmy dosáhnout zvolených cílů, a také jsou zde shrnuty poznatky z předchozích částí práce, vhodná doporučení, dopady na rozhodování, a konkrétní výstupy.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on financial planning as an effective part of financial management. The goal of the thesis is to use financial analysis to propose an optimal financial plan which will be used by the management in its future decisions. The theoretical part focuses on financial analysis and its indicators. It also deals with the basics of financial management and financial planning. The analytical part is devoted to the introduction of the company itself, financial analysis of the company and its evaluation. The last, propositional part of the thesis describes how the company management can achieve its goals, and summarizes the previous parts of the thesis, appropriate recommendations, impacts on decision making, and specific outcomes.
