Abstract:
Má bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním a posouzením managementu prodeje ve farmaceutických společnostech Zentiva a Krka a jejich komparací. V teoretické části jsem se zabývala činnostmi obchodních zástupců a řízením prodeje včetně motivace, hodnocení a kontroly. Abstract:
My bachelor's work spy and criticize sales management in pharmaceutical companies Zentiva and Krka and compare them. I wrote about activity of dealers and sales management including motivation, evaluation and verification in theoretical part.
