The venture capital as financial resouce of company

Abstract:

The diploma thesis goes into the problem of corporate the financing by the venture capital. We describe the financing of the small and the middle companies based on the theoretical knowledge and its possibilities how to achieve. We present the types and subjects on the market of the venture capital in more detail, as well as external and internal financial resources of the business activities which are capitalized on a growth and an expansion of the company. Also we briefly show to the development, the actual status and how this venture capital is capitalized in the Europe and in the World. In Conclusion the venture capital is described as new form the financing of the business activities and not often applied the method in Slovakia.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou financovania podniku rizikovým kapitálom. Na základe teoretických poznatkov popisujeme financovanie malých a stredných podnikov rizikovým kapitálom a možnosti ako to dosiahnuť. Detailne prezentujeme typy a subjekty na trhu rizikového kapitálu, ako aj externé a interné zdroje financovania podnikateľskej činnosti, ktoré podnik využíva pri raste a expanzii. V práci stručne poukazujeme na vývoj a aktuálny stav využívania rizikového kapitálu vo svete a Európe. Na záver popisujeme rizikový kapitál ako novú formu financovania podnikateľskej činnosti a málo aplikovanú metódu v podmienkach Slovenskej republiky.
