Remedial Measures in Administrative Procedure
Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza (popis) právního institutu opravných prostředků, které se uplatňují ve správních řízeních. Lze je obecně vyjádřit jako souhrn procesních institutů vytvářejících právní režim přezkoumatelnosti správních rozhodnutí. Výsledkem práce je shrnutí těchto opravných prostředků a jejich porovnání s judikaturou a správní praxí.
Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor thesis is analysis of law institute – remedies, that are applied in administrative proceedings. They can be generally expressed as the sum of institutes of establishing a legal regime reviewability of administrative decisions. The result of this work is a summary of these remedies and their comparison with the case law and administrative practice.
