An influence of the air pollution on allergic desease of preschool children in district town.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je teoreticky určit zda mají zvolené faktory ovzduší, životní podmínky a návyky vliv na rozvoj alergických onemocnění u předškolních dětí v Ústí nad Labem. Dále teoreticky posoudit, zda zde na rozvoj alergických onemocnění působí i genetický faktor. Vedlejším cílem je charakterizovat nejčastější alergická onemocnění, jejich vznik, příznaky a průběh. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je teoretická a popisuje vlivy znečištění ovzduší na předškolní děti s alergickým postižením, anatomii dětského dýchacího aparátu a jejich změny při tomto onemocnění. Ve druhé praktické části je proveden výpočet a statistika naměřených výsledků, které jsou následně graficky znázorněny. Naměřené výsledky informovaly, že zde neexistuje statisticky významný negativní rizikový faktor znečištění ovzduší na rozvoj alergického onemocnění u dětí. Předem se očekávalo, že i faktor genetiky prokáže jistou souvislost s alergickým onemocněním v rodině a nemocnými dětmi. Avšak ani tento faktor nebyl prokázán.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is theoretically determine the influence of air pollution factors, life conditions and life habits on allergic diseases evolution on preschool children in district town. Moreover, also theoretically assess there is an influence of the genetic factor on the development of allergic diseases. Another aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to describe the most common allergic diseases, their origin, symptoms and course. The work is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part describes anatomy of the child respiratory system, effects of the air pollution on preschool children and the changes in the course of this disease. In the second practical part the statistics of measured results are calculated. The results are graphically displayed. The measured results indicated there is no statistically significant negative risk factor for the development of the air pollution on allergic disease in preschool children. It has been expected there was a relationship to allergic disease in the family and examined children and the genetic factor. However, even this factor has not been proved.
