Energy security of public buildings and property of Velké Březno municipality

Abstract:

V rámci této bakalářské práce byl proveden screening lokality katastrálního území obce Velké Březno z hlediska využitelnosti alternativních zdrojů energie za účelem zvýšení energetické soběstačnosti obce. Dále jsou navrženy konkrétní varianty využití alternativních zdrojů energie pro budovy v majetku obce a obcí zřízené příspěvkové organizace. Tyto varianty jsou následně ekonomicky zhodnoceny a zároveň jsou obci doporučeny konkrétní dotační tituly na jednotlivé záměry. V práci jsou dále uvedeny možnosti snížení energetické spotřeby budov a veřejného osvětlení. V neposlední řadě je řešena otázka zabezpečení kritické infrastruktury obce v případě dlouhodobého výpadku dodávek elektrické energie.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the energy security of the public buildings and property of the municipality of Velké Březno. The screening of the territory of the municipality was done with respect to the alternative energy sources applicability to increase the energetic self-sufficiency. Further, the specific options of the applicability for buildings and state-funded institutions were proposed. The options were economically evaluated and use of the particular funds was suggested. The possibilities how to decrease the energy consumption of the buildings belonging to the municipality and street lightning are presented as well. Last but not least, the solution of the critical infrastructure security in the case of a blackout is discussed.
