Construction of Mould for Injection Casting of Transmission Box
Abstract:
V mé práci bylo úkolem zpracovat studii teorie slévárenství, se zaměřením na tlakové lití. V praktické části pak navrhnout formu pro tlakové lití daného dílu. Tento díl je příruba určená pro skříň jednostupňové šnekové převodovky. Ta slouží pro šnekový dopravník sypkých hmot. Nejdříve byl nakreslen 3D model dílu. Abstract:
The task in my work was to process a study of theories of fouding with the focus on pressure casting, and in the practical part to design a mould for pressure casting of a particular piece. The piece is a flance for a box of a single-stage spiral gearbox. It functions for a spiral conveyor of loose substances. First of all I drew a 3D model of the piece.
