Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřím na rozdíly v personálním řízení mezi státní a soukromou organizací. In the bachelor thesis I focus on the differences in personnel management between a state-owned and private organization. I chose the Ministry of agriculture for a state-owned organization and Brudra s. r. o. as a private one.
