Study of possible harmfull effects of chromium on an organism as a result of footwear

Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o možných negativních vlivech chrómu na organismus v důsledku nošení obuvi. Zaměřuje se zejména na definici usně, operace při výrobě usně, jako je před-úprava usní, povrchová úprava usní. Dále zdůrazňuje význam sledování kvality spotřebních výrobků v maloobchodní síti a rovněž výhody a nevýhody přírodní a syntetické usně. Hlavní část se zabývá negativními vlivy chrómu na organismus, jako je karcinogenita, toxicita a mutagenita. Mimo jiné shrnuje metody stanovení chrómu a uvádí přípustné limity chrómu v odpadu.

Abstract:

The work deals with possible harmfull effects of chromium on an organism as a result of footwear. It concentrates on defining leather and operation of making leather, such as pre-treatment of leather and the surface modification of leather. Next, it emphasises the impor-tance of the quality monitoring of consumer goods in a retail network as well as the positi-ves and negatives of natural and syntetic leather. The main part of the work deals with the harmfull effects of chromium on an organism, such as carcinogenesis, toxicity and mutagenity. Furhermore it sumarizes the methods of the determination of chromium and informs about the permissible limits of chromium in the sewer.
