Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je aplikace a posouzení metody cílových nákladů v konkrétním podniku. V teoretické části práce je vysvětlen koncept Target Costing, jeho principy, cíle a postupy, včetně důrazu na důležitost správného rozlišení a klasifikace nákladů pro efektivní kalkulaci produktů. Praktická část se zaměří na analýzu současného stavu kalkulace nákladů v zvoleném podniku. Na základě zjištěných dat a analýzy bude navržen plán implementace metody Target Costing s cílem optimalizovat nákladovou strukturu a zvýšit konkurenceschopnost výrobku na trhu.

Abstract:

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to applicate and to assess the application of Target Costs method in a specific company. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the concept of Target Costing, its principles, objectives and procedures, including emphasis on the importance of proper differentiation and classification of costs for effective product costing. The practical part will focus on analysis of the current state of costing in the selected company. Based on the data and analysis, a plan for the implementation of the Target Costing method will be proposed in order to optimize the cost structure and increase the competitiveness of the product in the market.
