Dizertační práce se zabývá vlivem sirovodíku (H2S), jako třetího gasotransmiteru, na kolorektální, ovariální a světlobuněčný renálního karcinom (ccRCC). The dissertation thesis deals with the effect of hydrogen sulfide (H2S), as the third gasotransmitter, on colorectal, ovarian and clear cell renal carcinoma. The experiments were performed in vitro on stable cell lines as well as in vivo using the immunodeficient nude athymic mouse model.
