Design of gearbox for sport motorcycle with displacement of 250 ccm

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem převodovky pro závodní motocykl třídy Moto3. První kapitola práce je věnována vysvětlení funkce převodovek používaných v motocyklech a jejich jednotlivých částí. Následuje seznámení s pravidly závodní třídy Moto3 a popis rozdílu mezi převodovkami konvenčních a závodních motocyklů. Práce pokračuje návrhem řešení převodovky, který je založen na výsledcích diplomové práce absolventa Technické univerzity v Liberci Ing. Tomáše Pavlů. Výpočtová zpráva, zahrnující kontrolní výpočty ozubení, hřídelí, zubových spojek, řetězového převodu a ložisek, ověřuje správnost návrhu. Následuje přehled výsledků a ekonomické zhodnocení řešení. Výsledkem práce je návrh motocyklové převodovky podložen pevnostními výpočty.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on a design of a gearbox for a racing motorcycle of Moto3 class. The beginning of the thesis explains the function of a gearbox and its individual components. After that, thesis introduces rules of the Moto3 class and describes the difference between gearboxes of conventional and racing motorcycles. Thesis continues with the desing of the gearbox itself, this part is based on results of a diploma thesis done by a former student of Technical University of Liberec Ing. Tomáš Pavlů. Calculation report containing examination of gears, shafts, gear clutch, chain drive and bearings verifies the design. The results of the report are summarized and economical evaluation is discussed. The result of the thesis is a desing of a gearbox based on calculation report.
