Práce je zaměřena na expanzi e-shopu na zahraniční trh pomocí sestavení projektu. V úvodní teoretické části je vymezeno projektové řízení a představeny aktivity, které jsou součásti projektu zahraniční expanze. The thesis is focused on the expansion of the e-shop to the foreign market by means of a project creation. The initial theoretical part defines project management and introduces the activities that are part of a foreign expansion project.
