Specifics and Development of Videoart in the 80's
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se soustředí na vývoj videoartu v průběhu 80. let. Krátce představíme vznik videoartu a jeho vývoj v průběhu 70. let. Budeme se snažit postihnout rozvoj videoartu a jeho jednotlivých linií. V rámci rozboru konkrétních videoartových linií zpracujeme podrobnější náhled na tvorbu námi vybraných umělců. Naším cílem je poukázat na specifika a posun videoartové tvorby v období 80. let.
Abstract:
The Diploma Thesis is focused on the Development of Video Art during the '80s. Briefly introduce the emergence of Video Art and its evolution over 70‘s. We will try to capture the development of video art and its individual lines. Within the analysis of specific video art lines we elaborate detailed insight into the formation of our selected artists.
