Cílem této diplomové práce bylo charakterizovat úlohou nitrovaných mastných kyselin v modulaci cévního zánětu. Cévní zánět je klíčovým procesem vedoucím ke vzniku patologických stavů jako je ateroskleróza, trombóza či fibróza. Všechny tyto děje mohou dále vést k rozvoji kardiovaskulárních onemocnění. Abstract:
Goal of this master thesis was to characterize the role of nitrated fatty acids in modulation of vascular inflammation. Vascular inflammation plays the key role in progress of pathological processes such as atherosclerosis, thrombosis or fibrosis. These pathologies lead to the cardiovascular diseases development.
