Abstract:
Práce vychází z aktuálních potřeb a diskusí o zadlužování České republiky z důvodů nevyrovnaných státních rozpočtů. Mandatorní výdaje svým nárůstem pohlcují většinu státních příjmů a stát se k zabezpečení svého chodu musí zadlužovat. Abstract:
Thesis coming out from actual needs and discusions about geting indebted of Czech Repubic from reasons unequal state budgets. The growth of mandatory expenditure absorbs most of state income and state have to make debts for securing his functions. In my thesis attend to describe structure of mandatory expenditure, their analyses from 2001 untill 2007 and I propose provision which should solve this …more
