Tématem diplomové práce je občanství EU a právo pobytu. Těžiště řeší problematiku pobytu občanů EU jakožto jednoho z práv vyplývajících z občanství EU. Opominut nebyl ani pobyt rodinných příslušníků občanů EU v případech, kdy je tento úzce navázán na status občana EU a výkon práv z něj vyplývajících. The topic of this thesis is citizenship of EU and right to reside. Main part is dedicated to the right to reside of Union citizens as one of rights resulting from Union citizenship. Included is also right of residence of family members of Union citizens in cases when the residence is closely linked to status of Union citizen and effective performance of attached rights.
