Interpretation of Impulse Tests

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na reprodukovatelnost testů impulzním napětím. Zabývá se základními principy výstavby elektrického výboje v nehomogenním poli a faktory ovlivňujícími chování izolačního média při výbojové činnosti. Následně jsou v diplomové práci rozebrány statistické metody použité k vyhodnocení výbojové činnosti. Dále práce objasňuje princip výstavby napěťových impulzů pomocí rázového generátoru. Součástí práce je také experimentálně provedený výzkum zaměřující se na obtížně interpretovatelné testy impulzním napětím za použití statistických nástrojů k jejich vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

This study is focused on the reproducibility of the test impulse voltage. It deals with the basic principles of construction of an electrical discharge in an inhomogeneous field and the factors influencing the behavior of the insulating medium during discharge activity. Subsequently, the thesis analyzed the statistical methods used to evaluate the discharge activity. The work also illustrates the principle construction of voltage impulses through the impulse voltage generator. The paper also carried an experimental research focusing on the difficult to interpret impulse voltage tests using statistical tools to evaluate them.
