Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Komparace penzijních systémů v ČR a Francii (pro a proti penzijní reformě)“ je analýza a srovnání obou penzijních systémů se zaměřením na jejich pozitiva a negativa svědčící ve prospěch dalších reforem či proti nim. První a druhá kapitola je věnována představení a analýze současných penzijních systémů České republiky a Francie. Třetí kapitola se potom zabývá komparací penzijních systémů obou zemí. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou po obecném představení silných a slabých stránek průběžně financovaných důchodových systémů rozebrány také jejich konkrétní aktuální problémy (pro penzijní reformu) a možná rizika a následky radikálního provedení penzijní reformy (proti penzijní reformě). Závěrečná kapitola je zaměřena na zhodnocení nutnosti provedení penzijních reforem, na analýzu již provedených reformních kroků a na doporučení budoucí orientace reforem.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Comparison of the Pension System in the Czech Republic with France (Pros and Cons in Connection with Pension Reform)” is to analyze and to compare both pension systems with a view to their positives and negatives inclining to or against the pension reform. The first and the second part are concentrated on presentation of the present pension systems in the Czech Republic and in France. The third part is concerned with the comparison of the pension systems in both countries. The fourth part presents the strengths and the weaknesses of the continuous system of financing and analyzes, on the one hand, the particular current problems (pros in connection with reform) and, on the other hand, risks and potential impacts of the radical reform (cons in connection with reform). The last part is focused on an evaluation of a necessity of pension reforms, on an analysis of the reformatory measures already executed and on a recommendation of the future direction of reforms.
