Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá trainee programem ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem je zanalyzovat trainee program ve společnosti, zjistit spokojenost účastníků s tímto programem, zformulovat silné a slabé stránky programu. Abstract:
The Diploma thesis deals with trainee programme in the selected company. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the trainee programme in the company, determine the experience of the participants and to identify weak and strong points of the programme.
