Abstract:

Práce se zabývá nezaměstnaností a jejími sociálními dopady z mikroregionu Tolštejn městem Varnsdorf a z mikroregionu Sever městem Rumburk. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou pomocí literárních zdrojů vymezeny okruhy trhu práce, nezaměstnanosti. Dále jsou zde charakterizovány sociální dopady, se kterými je nezaměstnanost velmi úzce spjata, zákon a pomocné opatření v České republice k dané problematice. V praktické části jsou charakterizována města Varnsdorf a Rumburk. V této části jsou zanalyzovány statistiky nezaměstnanosti konkrétních měst z dostupných zdrojů ČSÚ a MPSV. Kvantitativní šetření bakalářské práce proběhlo pomocí dotazníkového šetření, určené nezaměstnaným občanům ve Varnsdorfu a Rumburku. Dle tohoto šetření jsou navržena opatření.

Abstract:

The Bachelor Thesis deals with unemployment and it's social impacts from the Tolštejn microregion and Sever microregion and two cities: Varnsdorf and Rumburk. These cities located in North of bohemia. The bachelor thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the sources of the labor market, unemployment are defined by literary sources. There are also described the social impacts with which unemployment is very closely related, the law and the auxiliary measures in the Czech Republic on the given issue. The practical part is characterized by the towns of Varnsdorf and Rumburk. This section analyzes unemployment statistics of specific cities from available sources of the ČSÚ and MPSV. A quantitative part of the bachelor thesis was elaborated using a questionnaire, some unemployed citizens in Varnsdorf and Rumburk. Based on this questionnaire will be evaluated further measures.
