Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem jednotlivých psychosociálních aspektů pracovního života a pracovního klimatu. Definuje a charakterizuje pojem pracovní klima a následně pojmy firemní strategie, cíle a vize, motivace a hodnocení, firemní kultura, styl řízení a vnitrofiremní komunikace. Na teoretickém podkladě je zpracován empirický výzkum, metodou dotazníku byly zkoumány jevy pracovního klimatu v konkrétní …more

Following thesis is focused on the relationship between individual psychosocial aspects of working life and working climate. Conceptions like working climate, business strategy, goals and visions, motivation and evaluation, corporate culture, managerial style and intern corporate communication are defined and characterized here.
