This thesis focuses on creating gene regulatory networks from various sources related to regulations between genes. The thesis includes the development of a Python library and command-line interface, through which information about gene regulations can be obtained. Táto práca sa venuje vytváraniu génových regulačných sietí z rôznych typov zdrojov týkajúcich sa regulácií medzi génmi. V práci je vytvorená knižnica v jazyku Python a rozhranie z terminálu, pomocou ktorých je možné zisťovať informácie ohľadom génových regulácií.
