Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hlavní úlohou organizace, jejího řízení, vedení a motivování zaměstnanců, které vedou k zajištění vysoké pracovní výkonnosti jak zaměstnanců, tak i organizace jako celku. Styly strategického řízení a vedení organizace jsou základní složkou při utváření základních metodik a postupů ve všech organizacích a společnostech.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis concerns the main purpose of an organization, its administration, management, and employee motivation which leads to high work output of the employees and of the organization as a whole. Styles of strategic management and the organization's management are the main elements for creating basic methodology and procedures in all organizations and companies.
