Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje vybrané metody selekce hospodářských zvířat se zaměřením na metody genomické selekce. Snaží se je popsat a vzájemně porovnat. Dále shrnuje možnosti využití genomické selekce v praxi, konkrétně u kterých druhů hospodářských zvířat a v kterých státech se využívá. Věnuje se také využití genomické selekce v České republice u dojeného skotu.
Abstract:
This work describes selected methods of selection livestock animals with focus on methods of genomic selection. This work tries describing it and compare each other. Also, summarize possibilities of utilization genomic selection in practice, specifically which kind of livestock animals and which countries use the genomic selection.
