Specifity trade business

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je návrhem podnikatelského plánu, který se zaměřuje na založení podnikání v oblasti projektování pozemních staveb. Práce je rozdělena na 2 části teoretickou a praktickou část. Toto téma je mi velmi blízké, protože se zajímám o tento druh podnikání a v budoucnu možná využiji své poznatky i v reálném životě. V teoretické části své práce jsem se soustředil na historii, legislativu, schwarz systém, druhy živnostenského podnikání, řízení pohledávek, rozdíly v účetnictví a daňové evidenci. Z těchto poznatků jsem navázal na praktickou část, která se zabývá konkrétní osobou a jejím podnikatelským plánem. V začátku jsem představil podnikatele Pikharta a jeho činnost, ze které plynou i jeho profity. Tato práce zohledňuje možnosti zvolit si vhodný produkt či službu ke svému podnikání, mít přehled o konkurenci a v neposlední řadě uspokojit potřeby zákazníků.

Abstract:

Work is to design a business plan that focuses on the establishment of business in the field of structural engineering. The work is divided into 2 parts: theoretical and practical part. This topic is very close to me, because I was interested in this kind of business, and maybe in the future I will use my knowledge and in real life. In the theoretical part I focused on the history and legislation, schwarz system, types of trading, debt management, differences in accounting and tax records. From these findings, I followed the practical part, which deals with the particular person and their business plan. In the beginning, I introduced the entrepreneurs Pikhart and its activities, stemming from his profit. This work reflects the ability to choose the right product or service to your business, keep tabs on the competition and ultimately satisfy customer needs.
