Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem práce bylo zjistit a zhodnotit sexualitu žen po porodu. Dílčími cíli bylo zjistit, zda mají vybrané proměnné a porodnické údaje vliv na sexualitu. Metodika: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 130 žen, které v době sběru dat navštívily pět vybraných gynekologických ambulancí v Moravskoslezském kraji. Ženská sexualita byla měřena pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku Arizona Sexual Experiences Scale (ASEX) ve dvou termínech (březen až červenec 2018, září až prosinec 2018). Otázky byly zaměřeny na pět sexuálních oblastí - Touha, Vzrušení, Lubrikace, Schopnost dosáhnout orgasmu a Uspokojení z orgasmu. Dotazníky byly rozdány ženám, které byly 3 měsíce až 2 roky po porodu, měly po porodu minimálně jeden pohlavní styk a byly ve věku 18 let a více. Výsledky: Ženy, které rodily vaginálním porodem, hodnotily sexualitu hůře ve všech sexuálních oblastech než ženy, které rodily císařským řezem. Ženy bez porodního poranění měly celkově lepší sexualitu než ženy s poraněním hráze. Nespokojenost ve vztahu negativně ovlivňovala oblast Lubrikace, Touha a celkové skóre ASEX. Se stoupající mírou dyspareunie klesalo celkové hodnocení ženské sexuality. Vícerodičky měly větší potíže s lubrikací než prvorodičky. Ženy, které užívaly hormonální antikoncepci, měly sníženou sexuální touhu. Závěr: Výskyt sexuálních problémů u žen po porodu je poměrně častý. Ženská sexualita může být ovlivněna celou řadou faktorů včetně faktorů porodnických a vztahových.

Abstract:

Aim: The aim of this work was to find out and evaluate sexuality of women after delivery. Partial objectives were to find out whether selected variables and obstetric data have an impact on sexuality. Methodology: The research sample consisted of 130 women who at the time of data collection visited five selected gynecological ambulances in the Moravian-Silesian Region. Female sexuality was measured by using a standardized questionnaire Arizona Sexual Experiences Scale (ASEX) in two terms (March to July 2018, September to December 2018). The questions focused on five sexual areas - Desire, Arousal, Lubrication, Ability to reach orgasm and Satisfaction from orgasm. The questionnaires were distributed to women who were 3 months to 2 years after birth, had at least one sexual intercourse after delivery and were aged 18 years and over. Results: Women who gave birth by vaginal birth rated sexuality worse in all sexual areas than women who gave birth by caesarean section. Women without birth injury generally had better sexuality than women with perineal injuries. Dissatisfaction in the relationship negatively influenced the area of Lubrication, Desire and the overall ASEX score. With increasing dyspareunia, the overall assessment of female sexuality decreased. Multiparas had greater lubrication problems than primiparas. Women who were taking hormonal contraceptives had reduced sexual desire. Conclusion: The occurrence of sexual problems in postpartum women is relatively frequent. Female sexuality can be influenced by a variety of factors, including obstetric and relationship factors.
