Abstract:

Bankrotní a bonitní modely jsou nedílnou součástí metod finančních analýz. Jejich společným znakem je snaha o co nejjednodušší a nejrychlejší stanovení úrovně finančního zdraví firem s perspektivou několika let a k tomu využívá empiricky ověřených výsledků šetření. Slouží jako vodítka pro zobrazení trendů vývoje a pro detailní rozbor finanční výkonnosti by měly být doplněny hlubší analýzou. Protože jsou však syntetickým ukazatelem složeným z většiny stěžejních ukazatelů limitujících úspěšnost podnikání, podávají jednoduchým způsobem obraz o situaci podniku a trendech vývoje. Dávají do poměru parametry rentability, likvidity, solventnosti, zadluženosti a dalších, dle empirických zkušeností autora daného modelu. Z toho tedy pramení jejich rozdílnost, každý vznikal v jiné době, na jiném území, v jiném ekonomickém systému a rukou jiného autora. Jejich použití skýtá uživateli mnoho výhod v podobě agregovaného údaje, rychlosti a jednoduchosti v použití, na straně druhé také ale uživatel podstupuje riziko přílišného zjednodušení, nezobrazující další významné skutečnosti o životě a perspektivách firmy. Z tohoto důvodu mají mnoho odpůrců, nicméně jejich užití je poměrně časté v nejrůznějších formách hodnocení podniků, speciálně je oblíbený model Altmanův, model Kralicekův a Grunwaldův model. Bude zajímavé porovnat výsledky doporučení jednotlivých autorů aplikací na jednu společnost a z toho odhadnout jejich vzájemné korelace.

Abstract:

Bankruptcy prediction and solvency models are indivisible parts of financial analysis methods. Their common character is an attempt to determine simply and quickly the level of financial health of companies with a few year prospects and it uses empirically certified results of examination. They are used as guidelines for representation of development trends and detailed study of financial efficiency should be supplemented by deeper analysis. Being the synthetic indicators compounding of the majority of the main indicators limiting the prosperousness of the enterprise, they propose the picture of the company state and development trends in an easy way. They average parameters of cost-effectiveness, liquidity, solvency, indebtedness and others according to empirical experience of the author of the given model. Here originates their dissimilarity, each of them arose in different period, in different area, during different economical system and by different authors. Their usage open up many advantages to their user as aggregate entries, swiftness and simplicity of usage, on the other hand the user also undergoes the risk of excessive simplification which does not depict other important life fact and prospects of the company. Therefore there are many objectors; nevertheless their usage is quite frequent in various forms of company evaluations, especially the Altman’s model, Kralicek’s model and Grunwald’s model. It might be interesting to compare the results of recommendations of single author applications concerning one company and estimate their mutual correlations
