Crisis services for the youthful with suicidal behaviour by the eyes of helpers

Abstract:

The diploma thesis, Crisis services for the youthful with suicidal behaviour by the eyes of helpers, is focused on clarification of the perception of attractiveness of crisis services for the youthful with suicidal behaviour by the workers of these services. The output of the thesis should also be information about issues and insufficiencies of the crisis services percepted by the workers. The main goal of the thesis is to answer the main research question: How the workers of the crisis intervention perceive the attractiveness of the services that are offered to youthful with suicidal behaviour? The theoretical part defines the concepts figured in the main research question: the worker of crisis intervention, the youthful with suicidal behaviour, attractiveness of services of crisis intervention and the perception. From the concept of perception, there are deduced partial research questions that ask for particular characteristic perceptions of workers: schemes, attention focus, description on the basis of experience, interpretation. On the basis of the research question, there is selected qualitative research and semi-structured interview as a technique of the data collection. Obtained information are interpreted in the research part. In conclusion, there is answered the main research question and there are also added recommendations for the practice and further research.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca na tému, Krízové služby pre mladých ľudí so suicidálnym správaním očami pomáhajúcich, je zameraná na objasnenie vnímania atraktivity krízových služieb pre mladých ľudí so suicidálnym správaním pracovníkmi týchto služieb. Výstupom práce by mali byť aj informácie o problémoch a nedostatkoch krízových služieb vnímaných pracovníkmi. Cieľom práce je zodpovedať hlavnú výskumnú otázku: Ako vnímajú pracovníci krízovej intervencie atraktivitu služieb, ktoré ponúkajú mladým ľuďom so suicidálnym správaním? Teoretická časť vymedzuje pojmy figurujúce v hlavnej výskumnej otázke: pracovník krízovej intervencie, mladí ľudia so suicidálnym správaním, atraktivita služieb krízovej intervencie a vnímanie. Z pojmu vnímanie sú odvodené čiastkové výskumné otázky, ktoré sa pýtajú na jednotlivé charakteristiky vnímania pracovníkov: schémy, zameranie pozornosti, popis na základe skúseností, interpretácia. Na základe výskumnej otázky je zvolený kvalitatívny výskum a pološtrukturovaný rozhovor ako technika zberu údajov. Získané informácie sú interpretované vo výskumnej časti. V závere je zodpovedaná hlavná výskumná otázka a pripojené sú tiež doporučenia pre prax a ďalší výskum.
