Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se v teoretické části zaměřila na vzdělávání dospělých. Jeho historii i současnost s důrazem na mentorství a mentoring, který je nedílnou součástí naší zdravotnické profese a podle mého názoru přispívá ke zkvalitnění ošetřovatelské péče prostřednictvím vzdělaných všeobecných sester. Theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is focused on adult education. It summarizes the history and the present of adult education and it deals particularly with mentors of nursing students and mentoring, which represents a crucial part of nursing.
