Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na to, jak mohou být ovlivněny parametry krevního obrazu a diferenciálního rozpočtu leukocytů vzhledem na množství odebrané krve. The Bachelor thesis is focused how the amount of taken blood sample effects complete blood count parameters and differential leukocytes count. The theoretical part explains the basic terms of hematology (e. g. erythrocytes, leukocytes, blood plasma...), pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical phases examination and also analyzers.
