Analysis and Comparison of the Difficulty of Establishing a Company in Selected Countries of the European Union

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na analýzu a srovnání náročnosti založení firmy v České republice, Polsku a Rakousku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a interpretovány jednotlivé podmínky, které se musí splnit při zakládání společnosti s ručením omezeným v České republice. Praktická část je věnována analýze těchto podmínek v České republice, Polsku a Rakousku i s konkrétním vyčíslením finanční a časové náročnosti. V závěru práce je uvedeno celkové srovnání těchto zemí a případné doporučení pro začínající podnikatele, kteří se rozmýšlí, ve které zemi zahájit své podnikání.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis and comparison of the difficulty of establishing a company in the Czech Republic, Poland and Austria. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part the basic terms are explained and also the individual conditions, which must be completed when establishing a limited liability in the Czech Republic, are described. The practical part is devoted to the analyses of different conditions in the Czech Republic, Poland and Austria with a calculation of the financial and time requirements. At the end of the thesis an overal comparison is given of these countries and possible recommendations for beginning businessman, who are thinking about in which country to start their business.
