Application of Differential Equations to Models Vibrating Processes

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je ukázat možnosti aplikací diferenciálních rovnic na kmitavé procesy. Kmitavé procesy jsou popsány lineárními diferenciálními rovnicemi 2. řádu. V problémech vedoucích na nehomogenní rovnice je ve většině řešení využíváno metody neurčitých koeficientů. Častokrát je uplatňován princip superpozice, ať už při řešení diferenciálních rovnic nebo při skládání kmitání. Práce obsahuje rozbor pohybových rovnic daných typů kmitání, nalezení obecného řešení a příslušného partikulárního řešení při zadaných počátečních podmínkách. Práce je obohacena o fyzikální úlohy vedoucí například na problematiku vázaných kmitů či na problematiku kyvadel.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to show the possibilities of applications of differential equations of vibrating processes. Vibrating processes are described by linear differential equations of the second order. Method of undetermined coefficients is used in most of solving problems leading to the nonhomogeneous equations. The superposition principle is often applied, whether in solved differential equations or in folding oscillations. The thesis includes analysis of the equations of motion of the types of oscillations, finding a general solution and the corresponding particular solution at given initial conditions. The thesis is enriched by the physical tasks leading to issue such as coupled oscillations or to the issue of pendulums.
