Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se bude zaměřovat na popis a hodnocení vývoje trestné činnosti mladistvých v České republice v letech 2010 až 2022. Cílem práce bude zhodnotit vývoj kriminality, konkrétně kategorii dětí a mladistvých, za dané časové období pro celé území České republiky. V první části práce budou vymezeny základní pojmy spojené s kriminalitou mladistvých. U mládeže se ve velké míře vyskytují především méně závažné delikty, a proto budou první kapitoly zaměřeny právě na takto zaměřená protiprávní jednání. Další část bude pojednávat o samotné kriminalitě a uvede klíčové pojmy používané k popisu a analýze kriminality, což bude nezbytné pro plné pochopení této problematiky. Následně bude věnována pozornost specifickým znakům trestné činnosti mládeže a faktorům, které mohou ovlivňovat páchání kriminality. Praktická část práce bude zaměřena na vývoj kriminality dětí a mladistvých ve vymezeném období let 2010–2022. Tato část bude vycházet ze statistik kriminality Policie České republiky. Získaná data budou znázorněna v grafech a tabulkách. Výsledky analýzy budou rozděleny podle konkrétních druhů trestné činnosti, jež jsou dále detailně popsány v teoretické části práce. Tato sekce se bude zaměřovat na trestné činy, které jsou charakteristické pro danou věkovou skupinu pachatelů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis will focus on the description and evaluation of the development of juvenile crime in the Czech Republic between 2010 and 2022. The aim of the thesis will be to evaluate the development of crime, specifically the category of children and juveniles, for the given time period for the entire territory of the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis will define the basic concepts related to juvenile delinquency. Juveniles are mainly involved in minor offences, and therefore the first chapters will focus on minor offences. The next section will discuss the crime itself and introduce the key terms used to describe and analyse the crime, which will be essential for a full understanding of the subject. Attention will then be given to the specific characteristics of youth crime and the factors that may influence the commission of crime. The practical part of the thesis will focus on the development of juvenile crime in the defined period from 2010 to 2022. This part will be based on the crime statistics of the Police of the Czech Republic. The obtained data will be shown in graphs and tables. The results of the analysis will be divided according to specific types of crime, which will be further described in detail in the theoretical part of the thesis. This section will focus on crimes that are characteristic for a given age group of offenders.
