Plant viruses as possible vectors for cereals.
Abstract:
V teoretické části této bakalářské práce byla napsána extenzivní rešerše ohledně plodiny T. aestivum, možností šlechtění této plodiny a také o viru Barley Stripe Mosaic Virus, který byl použit jako vektor pro tuto plodinu. V praktické části bakalářské práce byl proveden kompletní postup infekce T. aestivum virem BSMV; od samotné práce s plasmidy nesoucí tento virus, transformaci E. coli i A. tumefaciens …more
Abstract:
In the theoretical part of the thesis, an extensive research was written on the topic of wheat, the means of its improvement via breeding, and also about Barley Stripe Mosaic Virus, which was used as a vector for this crop.
