Hlavním cílem této práce je uceleně popsat novou právní úpravu institutů povinného dílu, nepominutelného dědice a vydědění a upozornit na nejdůležitější změny, které po rekodifikaci nastaly. The main aim of this thesis is to describe coherently the new forced share, forced heir and disinheritance legislation and point out the main and most important changes due to a new Civil Code.
