Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza motivačních metod aplikovaných středním managamentem do firemního prostředí a jejich vliv na zaměstnance z pohledu optimalizace pracovního výkonu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vybrané motivační teorie, různé přístupy k pracovnímu výkonu a aktivitám manažerů střední úrovně. V praktické části je čtenář seznámen s firmou, je zde vymezena její činnost a metodika postupu pro aplikační část. Dále praktická část propojuje a analyzuje poznatky jak z části teoretické, tak i z části podnikové praxe, především pak aplikace nových motivačních metod a jejich zavedení do praxe. V dalším bodě je čtenář seznámen s realizací a optimalizací pracovního výkonu v rámci společnosti. Poslední část je zaměřena na realizaci aktivit středního managementu společnosti s ohledem na optimalizaci procesu řízení. Jednotlivé části této kapitoly jsou prokládány vyhodnocenými otázkami z dotazníkového šetření vztahujících se k dané problematice. V závěru práce se nachází návrhy a doporučení k realizaci vybraných problémů.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the motivational methods applied by middle-management in the corporate environment and their impact on employees from the perspective of optimizing work performance. The theoretical part is focused on selected motivational theories, different approaches to work performance and activities of middle-level executives. In the practical part the reader is acquainted with the company, there is defined its activities and the methodology for the application part. Furthermore, the practical part connects and analyzes knowledge from the theoretical part and from the part of the corporate practice, especially the application of new motivational methods and their introduction into practice. In the next paragraph the reader is acquainted with the implementation and optimization of work performance within the company. The last part is focused on the implementation of activities of the middle management of the company with regard to optimization of the management process. The individual parts of this chapter are interspersed with the assessed questions from the questionnaire survey relating to the issue. At the conclusion of the work are located suggestions and recommendations for the implementation of selected problems.
