Abstract:
Tématem mé diplomové práce je klamavá reklama. Zejména se zaměřuji na vysvětlení nekalých praktik hospodářské soutěže a s nimi související témata jako je reklama, hospodářská soutěž, nekalá soutěž, generální klauzule. The topic of my thesis is misleading advertising. In particular, I focus on explaining the unfair competitive practices and related topics such as advertising, competition, unfair competition, general clause.
