Diplomová práce pojednává o základních podmínkách souběhu autorskoprávní a nekalosoutěžní ochrany designu a zaměřuje se především na analýzu vyvolání nebezpečí záměny, parazitování na pověsti a na speciální autorskoprávní delikt nebezpečí záměny. The thesis deals with the fundamental terms of overlap between copyright protection of design and unfair competition and mainly focuses on the analysis of the following institutes: risk of confusion, parasitism on reputation and copyright’s risk of confusion.
