Fluid intake in oncological patients
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo porovnat příjem tekutin u onkologických pacientů v porovnání se zdravými jedinci stejného věku. Výsledkem bylo zjištění, že onkologičtí pacienti nemají dostatečný příjme tekutin, přestože jsou všichni informováni. Abstract:
The aim of thesis was to compare fluid intake between oncology patients and healthy people of the same age. It was found, that oncology patients didn´t keep sufficient amount of liquid, although they all are informed about fluid intake. Drinking water, bottled mineral water with flavor, and fruit juice are the most often consumed by both groups. Estimation of fluid intake fall short of real fluid intake …more
