The Issue of Leakage of Hazardous Substances in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou úniku nebezpečných látek. Představuje právní podklady pro prevenci závažných havárií a povinnosti, které vyplývají pro provozovatele činností s přítomností nebezpečných látek. Práce poukazuje na možná rizika, kterými mohou být organismy a životní prostředí vystaveny. V praktické části je identifikován zdroj nebezpečí a s využitím dostupných metod jsou určeny pravděpodobnosti vzniku havárie a možné následky z toho vyplývající. Práce využívá metod FTA, ETA, CLA, Ishikawa diagram, modelovacího softwaru TerEx a příručky IAEA-TECDOC-727. Na základě těchto poznatků jsou sestaveny možné scénáře úniků nebezpečné látky, které jsou využitelné pro vypracování taktického cvičení a prověření připravenosti jednotek požární ochrany a dalších složek integrovaného záchranného systému.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of leakage of hazardous substances. It represents the legal basis for the prevention of major accidents and the obligations that arise for operators of activities with the presence of hazardous substances. The work points out the possible risks to which organisms and the environment may be exposed. In the practical part, the source of danger is identified and using the available methods, the probabilities of an accident and the possible consequences resulting from it are determined. The work uses FTA, ETA, CLA, Ishikawa diagram, TerEx modeling software and IAEA-TECDOC-727 manual. Based on these findings, possible scenarios of leakage of hazardous substances are compiled, which can be used to develop tactical exercises and verify the readiness of fire protection units and other components of the integrated rescue system.
