Abstract:
V rámci této diplomové práce byla provedena kompletní analýza vrstev TiO2, zejména jejich příčných lomů, pomocí metod mikroskopie skenující sondou. Byla vyzkoušena a zhodnocena metoda pro úpravu drsnosti příčných lomů pomocí leštění diamantovými částicemi. Zároveň bylo navrženo polohovací zařízení, které se může využít pro lepší manipulaci se vzorky u mikroskopů skenující sondou. Byl vytvořen výpočetní …more
Abstract:
This thesis contains a complete analysis of TiO2 layers, especially their cross sections, by Scanning probe microscopy. There was tried out and review the cross sections preparation by diamond-elements polishing. There was designed a positioner, which can be used to improve manipulation with the samples.
